Basic Wilkinson Facts (for those of you who have been wondering)
Average jobs per capita: 1.5Liz: working at a hiring firm
Ben: working both for Mercy Corp and at a fine restaurant 3 or 4 nights a week
Average sleep hours per capita: 6
Average attitude: Transition-city
The Wilkinsons are settling in to having daily schedules. It's been awhile.
Extra-curricular activities:
Liz is taking over running the sound at church. She's getting much better and starting to dream about ribbon microphones taking over the word of dynamics or condensers.
The Wilkinsons take public transportation to get to work in downtown Portland. It rocks. They like it more than sliced bread and Calvin Coolidge put together.
Liz is recording this week for a debt counseling firm's web-site. She has been commissioned to be the voice for the online program. When the site launches, we'll let you know so you can hear her wee voice and learn about debt at the same time.
Recently, the Wilkinsons saw Crosstide. www.crosstide.net You might like their new album, Life as a Spectator.
Ben is getting good and ironing at 1 am and not making any noise. Sometimes he even gets Liz's clothes that are left out to wear the next day if they aren't up to snuff.

This all sounds like very familiar behavior for the Wilkinsons... Kudos to Liz's dulcet tones, perhaps one day we'll hear her on NPR like Tom Bodett (or on TV) a published author with a second career as the "voice." Kudos to Ben for being properly raised as a man of the 21st century who irons.
